Along the lines of an escape room, the attraction website required some outside-the-box workflow and booking elements. Customers are taken through a custom workflow that allows them to first indicate their group size, then select from venues that can accommodate their group based on availability, and finally choose from an inventory of add-on items. Additional complexities include a per-person minimum spend, flexible day/time scheduling to account for offline bookings or large party rentals, and reservation time limits with built-in buffers for cleanup.
